- Existing marketing materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that information and materials supplied to SEO Infuser are accurate and that the client has the necessary rights to use them.
Delays in providing required information, access, or approvals may affect project timelines.
5. SEO and Digital Marketing Results
SEO and digital marketing involve multiple factors that are outside the direct control of SEO Infuser.
These may include:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Competitor activity
- Search demand
- Website changes
- Technical issues
- Third-party platform policies
- Google Business Profile changes
- Advertising platform changes
- Client actions
- Industry conditions
Therefore, SEO Infuser does not guarantee specific search rankings, Google Maps positions, website traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, or advertising results, unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Any estimated results, projections, examples, or previous performance figures are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of future results.
6. Google and Third-Party Platforms
Some SEO Infuser services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, advertising platforms, analytics services, social media platforms, or other external services.
SEO Infuser does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, algorithms, features, approval decisions, rankings, or continued operation.
Changes made by third-party platforms may affect the performance or availability of certain services.
7. Content and Approvals
Where SEO Infuser creates content, including website content, blog articles, advertisements, Google Business Profile posts, or other marketing materials, the client may be required to review and approve the content before publication.
Once content has been approved by the client, the client is responsible for confirming that the information is accurate, lawful, and suitable for publication.
SEO Infuser may make reasonable corrections or recommendations where necessary, but final factual approval may remain with the client.
8. Website Design and Development
For website design and development projects, the final scope will depend on the agreed proposal or project requirements.
The client is responsible for providing required content, images, branding materials, credentials, and approvals unless otherwise agreed.
Additional functionality, revisions, pages, integrations, or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
9. Advertising Services
Where SEO Infuser manages online advertising campaigns, advertising budgets and service fees may be separate.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise:
- Advertising spend is paid by the client.
- Advertising platform fees are separate from SEO Infuser service charges.
- Campaign performance may vary.
- Ad approval is controlled by the relevant advertising platform.
- SEO Infuser does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, enquiries, conversions, or sales.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, claims, offers, and advertising materials comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
10. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, recurring charges, and other payment conditions will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may begin after the required payment or advance has been received.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension or postponement of services.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

11. Intellectual Property

The client grants SEO Infuser permission to use client-provided materials, including logos, images, text, business information, and other content, solely as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
The client represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use such materials.
The client is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
13. Confidentiality
SEO Infuser will take reasonable steps to keep confidential business information provided by clients and use it primarily for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
Confidentiality obligations may not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available.
- Was already lawfully known.
- Becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms.
- Is independently developed.
- Must be disclosed under applicable law or legal process.
Where appropriate, separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be entered into.
14. Third-Party Services
SEO Infuser may use third-party tools, platforms, software, hosting services, analytics services, advertising platforms, or other technologies when delivering services.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. SEO Infuser is not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations, errors, or failures caused by third-party providers.
15. Suspension or Termination

- Payments remain overdue.
- The client materially breaches an agreement.
- The client requests unlawful or prohibited activities.
- Required access or information is not provided.
- Continuing the service would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
Clients may cancel services according to the applicable service agreement or our Refund/Cancellation Policy.
Any outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination may remain payable.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Infuser will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings.
